Chic Flicks is a once a month opportunity to get away with the ladies and see a movie.

I'm thinking a good October Chick Flick would be 'Nights in Rodanthe'.  It is adapted from a Nicholas Sparks book who was also the author of 'The Notebook' and 'Message in a Bottle'.  'Nights in Rodanthe' stars Richard Gere and Diane Lane.  The movie opens in late September so October's chick flick will be Tuesday, October 7th. 

Last month we saw 'The Women'.  The group rated it a 5 or 6 out of a possible 10.  It had it's funny moments and overall was still a good night out.  We look forward to next month's movie which will be on a Tuesday night.  See you then!
